Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Selling to 3-4 Diamond establishments, (Hotel's, Independents, High End Restaurants)
  • Developing leads – analyzing who is buying what and how to capitalize on that information
  • Establishing rapport with existing accounts and building relationships with new accounts
  • Following trends and industry news in order to stay relevant 

The right candidate will possess these 10 must have attributes:

  • Entrenched in the Industry– know who’s cooking what, experience working directly with chefs, be able to relate with chefs and gourmands alike
  • 7-10 years professional experience in the restaurant industry in either a Chef or Manager position from a top tier establishment
  • Someone who is self-motivated, with boundless energy, an entrepreneurial spirit dedicated to excellence
  • A strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Loves to cook, constantly seeking out the hot restaurants and concepts in their city, knows the Chefs and purveyors
  • Do you strive to rise above the competition and thrive when being challenged?
  • Are you a curious lifelong learner with a genuine passion for great food that you can feel your passion coming through you?
  • A creative approach to acquiring information, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Organizational skills, you do not have bricks and mortar to go to every day, Enthusiasm must be your hallmark
