  • Discipline – You understand the importance of kitchen systems and utilize them consistently
  • Culinary – You know how important consistency is and are passionate about it
  • Visible – You are on your feet, You are hands-on, you are not the “Office Chef”
  • Accountability – You are a "get it done" kind of person
  • Experience – You have logged at least 2 years back of house supervisory skills
  • Humility – You know the guest and the team comes before your ego and you enjoy collaborating for the best result
