Our client, a national leader in long-term lodging and conference services, is seeking a driven professional with one or two years of hospitality sales experience for an associate position at their marquee property with a prestigious Chicago location. Growth opportunities are limitless with this successful company known for treating their employees well.

This is a mostly 9-to-5 Monday through Friday position with a tremendous compensation and benefits package that includes:

Candidates for this position should have the following accomplishments, qualities, and attributes:

• At least one year of experience in sales or sales support in a lodging or conference center 

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, cross-functional)

• Passion for generating new business through outside sales efforts

• Driven by achievement and ability to produce results

• Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales

• Superior organizational skills

• Knowledge of lodging and conference center operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B service, audio/visual, set-up, break down, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and get-it-done attitude

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
