Our client, a high quality Sports and Entertainment Venue, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef. This position will provide leadership for all aspects of the dining services.

Qualified candidates will possess these skills, attitudes and behaviors:

-Personality and leadership skills are key to this position.

-Leadership, mentoring and team building abilities.

-Expertise in systems and controls including: forecasting, scheduling, cost controls and budgets.

-At least 6 years experience in high volume settings with a background in both upscale dining and catering.

-Pride of ownership in your products, service and team.

-Enjoy communicating with clients, guests and associates.
