They are looking for a self-motivated, hospitality driven, Director of Operations to manage the daily logistics of their events, both in their exclusive venues and off premise.
The right person has:
Five years upscale catering event management experience including multiple concurrent off premise events
An entrepreneurial spirit, a person who doesn’t need handbooks to make the right decisions
A hands-on leadership style that builds trust through establishing relationships; someone who can communicate effectively in the kitchen, office and with floor staff
Organizational skills that ensure every detail is attended to
A genuine sense of hospitality, someone who enjoys making events the highlight of people’s lives
