We work both individually and as a team, making sure we’re all on track to reach our goals.  Our lucrative commission structure has no limit: the better you perform, the more you earn.  This is not an environment for lone-wolves, however, and we establish our strict expectations – and help set you up for future successes – through our extensive training program.

We have proven that new recruiters who follow our methods become successful from the start: achieving the goals we set for all our consultants is critical to your success. Your business plan will contain performance metrics and KPI’s that you are accountable to reach. You will have daily and weekly check-ins to ensure that your goals are being met. We will do our best to encourage and train you but it’s up to you to rise to the challenges you will face.

You are expected to make your first successful placement within your first sixty days. Our recruiters have access to state-of the art Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as a vast network of candidates and clients.  However, to achieve consistent service production you must not to depend on these tools alone: you must discipline yourself to think several steps and days ahead, to meticulously plan your workdays, and to adhere to your work plans.

There is no way around our training.
