In this role, you will be responsible for working with our experienced Account Executives and Executive Recruiters to provide our clients with the best candidates as quickly as possible. Responsibilities include:
- Interviewing Chefs, Managers, and Executives throughout the US
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques – calls, emails, websites, etc. – to find the most qualified candidates for our clients
- Use our state-of-the-art Salesforce-based platform to manage the recruitment process
- Work closely with experienced professionals who will coach you
- Motivated, passionate, and driven to succeed
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Reliable transportation to our office in Bartlett, IL
