Our client is redefining the buffet restaurant experience and seeks a chef with excellent culinary, managerial and leadership skills. They seek a chef experienced with high volume banquet production, preferably for a hotel, caterer or club.

The right candidate will have…

***5-10 years of management leadership experience in high-quality high-volume venues such as hotels, conference centers, higher education, banquet facilities or catering companies

***Superior mentoring, teaching and training skills

***An approachable demeanor and relateable personality

***Creativity, and the ability to ideate and innovate individually and as a member of a highly-functioning team

***A teachable attitude and a "life-long learner"

***The ability to process stress in a healthy manner

***Foresight, forethought, and forecasting abilities, especially for the large events

***Complete comprehension of safe and sanitary food handling (HACCP)

***Self-motivated and self-starting
