Our client, a highly respected national company is seeking a well rounded Sous Chef. The Sous Chef Will be responsible for front and back of house operations including inventories, production sheets, and all service stations.  Leadership and mentoring of the staff are also key to success. Creativity and providing fresh, on-trend menus are a part of this position that provides challenges and opportunities for growth. This individual needs to possess a team spirit and the ability to coach on an ongoing basis

Qualified candidates must have:

A passion for great food and a commitment to excellent service

Be creative and excited to try new menus and presentations

At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role

Computer skills to place orders, complete daily reporting and provide organizational communications

Strong work ethic

Team oriented with a mentoring approach to development
